We provide Application Management services on providing all levels of support and enhancement from handling initial service desk queries and correcting application errors to preventive maintenance for both packaged and customized application systems in a cost effective and efficient way.

Our prime objective is to provide Client Centric systems and procedures for providing support. The support framework is split into Core Solution (Cure Function & Features and intellectual property right of which is owned by Solution Provider) and Localization ( Interfaces, Reports which are developed based on the bank's specification and Source Code available with the Bank). We do troubleshooting, fact finding, liaising with solution provider for core solution and for localization we can provide all kind of support independently, provided there is knowledge transfer from the Bank or solution provider.

We have dedicated and experience resources to provide Onsite / Remote application maintenance and support for FIS AMBIT Suite comprising of Quantum, QRisk, AvantGard, Bancware ALM, Focus ALM and Integrity.
